RED WINES
Our two cuvées of red wine, made from grape varieties typical of the region, delicately express the essence of our terroirs. Juicy, deep and elegant, they offer a full and silky mouthfeel. Lopy, rich and complex, seduces with its aromas of black fruits and garrigue, while Doucinello, fresher and more balanced, surprises with its perfect harmony between red fruits and spices. Two wines with character that will awaken your senses.
WHITE WINE
Our white wine, Un Sang Blanc, is the fruit of a fine blend of six grape varieties. It stands out for its elegance, freshness, floral aromas and notes of white-fleshed fruits. Produced in small quantities, it reveals all the complexity and harmony of a unique terroir, with a subtly mineral finish that invites you to discover it.
Le Sang des Cailloux
Le Sang des Cailloux extends over 17 hectares of vines in the Vacqueyras appellation, nestled on the Garrigues plateau, facing the Dentelles de Montmirail. Its clay-limestone soils and the Mediterranean climate provide them ideal conditions. Faithful to an approach respectful of nature for 35 years, we follow the principles of biodynamics, in harmony with the environment and biodiversity.
